| McAdoo Fire and EMS dispatched to I-81 MM 138 Southbound on ramp for a tractor trailer rollover. EMS 920 and 49-47 responded. When units arrived they found a tractor trailer on its side with 1 entrapped. Crew on the scene requested Engine 49-15 and Hazle Twp Rescue 101 to respond. while units were responding crew from 49-47 cut the windshield with an ax to gain access to the victim. victim was extricated. engine 49-15 arrived on scene provided lighting , rescue 101 was recalled. Engine 49-15 then proceeded to Washington St for a LZ set up for Pen Star 5. No hazardous materials carried, truck was caring a food product. PSP Frackville assisted along with Kline Twp PD and McAdoo Pd. medic 11 was also on the scene. 1 patient flown to trauma center the passenger refused treatment. On scene for 1 hour. |
