| McAdoo Engine 49-15 requested by Luzerne County to respond to Campbell Ave in Hazle Twp to set up a tanker fill. McAdoo Engine filled tankers for hours while Hazle Twp crews operated at a large tire fire. Estimates say over 5,000 tires burned. Heavy black smoke can be seen for miles. Tankers were called in from Luzerne,Schuylkill and Carbon counties. Hazleton City Fire dept also had a tanker fill site set up on the Beltway. |
