McAdoo Fire dispatched to 600 Hazle Street Black Creek Twp for Quint 49-22 to assit Nuremberg with WSF. Upon arrival of the quint found a 2 1/2 story wood frame home with fire venting from the roof. Hazle Twp tower had the address was starting master stream operations. Mcadoo fire crew then advanced to second floor were they ventilated, overhauled and completed fire supression in the rear of the home. Disp. at 0946 and enroute a short period after that. Crews operated on the scene until 1211 when they were released by fire command.

Also during this call McAdoo Fire dispatched for 2nd call for a MVA on I-81 MM 137 Southbound. Engine 49-15 arrived on scene found vehicle into the guardrails. There was no injuries and no fluids down. Engine 49-15 returned to station.
