McAdoo Fire and EMS dispatched to the southbound off ramp of I-81 for a MVA. Arrived on scene with EMS 920 and Engine 49-15,found a male driver unresponsive in the vehicle. Both crews did a rapid extrication of the patient and BLS 920 transported to HGH. BLS crew arrived at HGH and care was turned over to Med Evac crew. Patient was flown to Lehigh Valley Trauma unit. On scene for 45 minutes.
