McAdoo Fire And EMS dispatched for a odor investigation at 38 W Blaine St. Crews arrived on scene 2nd floor apt checked with meters had positive reading with hydro carbon meter. Upon investigation crews found a oil tank in the basement of a apt building leaking fuel oil. Crews put down absorbent and provided a dike at the floor drain. Building ventilated with PPV fans X 2. Property owner called to scene along with crews from Hazleton Waste for clean up. DEP also called to the scene to investigate. On scene for 3.5 hours.
